Prelude
Worldwide Ministries was founded for the purpose of spreading the
message of Jesus Christ through global media and to assist other
ministries and faith based organizations in the same endeavor.
In
late 2003 Prelude accepted the offer to assist Mel Gibson and his
Icon Productions in the enormous task of promoting and marketing
The
Passion of the Christ. Prelude along with its strategic
partner, In Service America, were the exclusive advance ticket sales
agents and responsible for numerous pre-screenings nationwide. Prelude
built a coalition of more than 50 faith based organizations, such
as Pat Robertson, CBN, TBN, Robert Shuller, Promise Keepers, The
Catholic Exchange, Lifeway and many more, who through a network
of websites, television commercials, radio promotions, print and
tradeshow appearances all designed and controlled by Prelude, were
able to garner the support of ten's of millions of Christians and
helped propel The Passion to its current level of success.
In
the months and years to come Prelude will use the mediums of film,
television and music to touch the lives of millions of the saved
and unsaved, alike. Prelude is working with top studio executives,
Christian and business leaders as well as local Churches to ensure
that our future generations will have access to morally responsible,
family entertainment that is rooted in Christian values.
Prelude
Worldwide Ministries' mission is to promote a spiritual awakening
throughout the world by providing new creative witnessing tools
in the way of faith-based products such as movies, television, music,
books and videos. An example of Prelude's commitment is the formation
of the Christian Film Fund.
